The Second Quarter of 2024 Outstanding Employee Awards and Digitalization Training Successfully Concluded

On August 12, 2024,the 2nd quarter of 2024 Outstanding Employee Awards and Digitalization Training was held in the cinema of Crystal Island. This meeting served as both a recognition of the outstanding employees and a key step in the company’s commitment to "building a technology-oriented enterprise with modern management standards." The event focused on advancing digital training, enhancing employees’ digital capabilities, and propelling the company’s digital transformation towards high-quality development.

During the meeting, the company honored employees who received "A-Level" and "S-Level" awards for their performance, presenting them with certificates of recognition. This acknowledgment represents the appreciation of their hard work.

Chairman Mr.Ken summarized the company's current development and future outlook. He outlined six strategic priorities: focusing on business orders, accelerating subsidiary transformation, deploying K3 and HubSpot systems overseas, achieving full automation in digital factories, enhancing product quality assurance, and refining the PDCA (Plan、Do、Check、Act)management cycle. Mr.Ken stressed the need for a results-oriented approach and pursuit of excellence, urging all employees to take responsibility, face challenges, and foster a positive work environment. He also highlighted the critical role of digital transformation in boosting the company’s core competitiveness and encouraged employees to actively acquire digital skills to support the company's digital evolution.

It is worth mentioning that the company specially invited Mr. Meng Fangao, General Manager of Foshan Meiyun Zhishu, to deliver an insightful presentation titled 'Digital Excellence in Full Value Chain Efficiency.' He eloquently explained key topics such as the enterprise digital operation management framework, corporate governance system, business collaboration, digital capability development, and data culture building. His insights and guidance have provided valuable support for Crystal Island's digital transformation.

Looking ahead, the company will organize a series of digital training courses to enhance employees’ digital thinking and skills. Under the leadership of Chairman Mr.Ken and Deputy General Manager Mr.Tan, all employees will collaborate to align with the company's digital transformation initiatives and advance its overall digital progress.
