RTO Waste Gas Treatment System

The Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) system employs high-temperature combustion oxidation to eliminate waste gases, converting them into CO2 + H2O, and recovers the heat released during gas decomposition, thereby achieving both environmental and energy-saving objectives.

Real-time transmission and control of gas emission indicators ensure that the total Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) emissions from treated gases comply with the emission limits specified by relevant regulations.

Water Recycling System

Building thousands of cubic meters of collection tanks to collect and treat rainwater serves various purposes, including cooling workshops, production activities, irrigation for greenery, toilet flushing, and firefighting. This saves thousands of tons of tap water annually, greatly reduces electricity consumption, and ensures the efficient utilisation and management of water resources.

Solar Photovoltaic System

The distributed photovoltaic power generation system harnesses unlimited solar energy to produce electricity without noise, light pollution, or radiation. It's a clean, safe, and renewable energy source that achieves zero emissions and pollution. It saves millions of kilowatt-hours in electricity expenses annually, bringing significant economic benefits.

Intelligent Constant Temperature and Humidity Control System

By utilising recycled hot water and collecting low-temperature water, temperature and humidity are controlled throughout the entire spinning and curing process. The temperature in the spinning area is kept below 26 degrees Celsius, while in the curing area it is maintained between 35 to 40 degrees Celsius. This significantly improves the quality of the sprayed fibres, reduces the volatilisation of styrene to meet specified standards, and achieves savings of thousands of kilowatt-hours of electricity.
